Facilities Team Member

Are you a motivated and organised individual looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working in a front of house or security role?
We are seeking a Porter and Receptionist to join our team at The HireWorks Ltd in Central Cambridge.
This is a full-time permanent role on a shift basis of 4 on 4 off, with two day shifts (7:30am – 3:00pm) followed by two late shifts (3:00pm – 10:30pm).
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and assisting students, staff, and visitors alike.
Your duties will include dealing with enquiries via phone or email, being responsible for incoming and outgoing post, and ensuring the security of rooms and buildings.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience working in a similar front of house or security position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will also need to be proficient in MS Office software and have a strong attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
