Mainstay Facilities seeks a dedicated Facilities Compliance Expert to join their East Anglia division in Cambridgeshire. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of sites, ensuring the safety and compliance of wide-span buildings, ranges, and storage facilities.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and support for various building types, working closely with site teams to deliver effective remedial solutions. Key responsibilities include producing detailed reports, developing Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and managing documentation in Maximo.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience conducting building surveys of large-span steel-framed and reinforced concrete structures, along with expertise in various construction materials. They must hold an HND-level qualification in Building, Building Surveying, Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, and possess RICS membership. SC Clearance is also mandatory.

The estimated salary for this position is £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of the team, you will engage with compliance managers to enhance your knowledge across various sites and maintain up-to-date records of your activities and training.
