Specialist Community Public Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our Health Visiting service in the Tonbridge and Malling district.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to families with children aged zero to five, using your clinical expertise to support evidence-based care planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programmes
- Completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care and safeguarding
- Supporting the supervision and development of colleagues
- Undertaking a range of clinical and non-clinical interventions to support families and the service
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
- Building relationships with colleagues to enhance team working
About the Role:
As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will work in a community-based setting, providing care to families in their homes and community settings. You will have access to a range of resources and support to enable you to deliver high-quality care.
Person Specification:
- Registered health care professional (NMC registration)
- Health related degree and evidence of relevant post graduate development
- Experience in managing health-related projects and complex caseloads
