Community Health Nurse for Early Intervention and Family Support

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Public Health Nurse to join our health visiting team in Tunbridge Wells District. As a key member of our team, you will work with children and families in Paddock Wood and Cranbrook, providing support and guidance to promote healthy development and well-being.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programs
- Completing Health Child Programme mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and support families in need. A strong understanding of child development and assessment is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a community-based setting.

Requirements- Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant Professional body - NMC
- Level 6 Early Intervention in Public Health, Level 6 Child Development and Assessment
- Experience of recent community/acute healthcare gained through education or work experience placement or previous employment
This is a part-time opportunity with a minimum of 22 hours per week. The role is community-based, with the majority of duties carried out between your base and community settings or client homes.
