Job Opportunity at Avante Care and Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Barnes Lodge in Tonbridge, Kent. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and promote a stimulating and caring environment, exhibiting high standards of clinical leadership and nursing care practice.
  • Ensure each Service User receives nursing care and support appropriate to their individual assessed needs, clearly evidenced on the care plan.
  • Provide leadership for a number of Health Care Assistants in the delivery of clinical and social care interventions, using a person-centred approach to care practice.
  • Lead, assess, and liaise with the Nurse Manager/Registered Home Manager and other professional staff, providing an appropriate level of nursing and social care to Service Users.
