Join Our Team as a Child and Family Practitioner

We are proud to be at the forefront of integrated multi-agency work with neurodivergent children and their families in Kent. Our new Neurodiversity pathway brings together experts from various fields to provide universal and targeted information, advice, and guidance.

Our Mission

We believe that early identification of neurodevelopmental differences and robust planning can significantly improve a child's outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver training and resources to support a more inclusive and adaptive school environment that celebrates neurodiversity through the use of a tool that enables identification of individual needs.

We are committed to delivering high standards of patient care and excellent services to improve the health of our communities. We value equity, diversity, and inclusion, which leads to better patient care and a happier workforce. As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want you to be able to work in a way that is best for you, our patients, and our organisation. We encourage you to discuss a flexible working arrangement that suits your needs.
