Receptionist Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Receptionist to join a dynamic and expanding company in the property industry. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for external visitors, providing a high-quality customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor bookings and ensure visitors are logged in on arrival.
  • Operate the switchboard, handling incoming calls and forwarding them to relevant staff members.
  • Authorize meeting room bookings and provide administrative support to Office Management and Facilities.
  • Support engineers with administrative tasks and receive and coordinate post and email enquiries.
  • Assist with the induction of new staff and ensure correct documentation is in place.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both staff and guests, ensuring the company's values are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, helpful, professional, and resourceful attitude.
