We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service at our Bicester Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Hours: 20 hours per week, spread across 3 days
  • Shifts: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, including weekends
  • Pay Rate: Up to £ per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared for guests
  • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
