Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Prima Power United Kingdom. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate and maintain our equipment.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain our machinery and equipment, ensuring they are functioning optimally and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, using your expertise to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including product problems and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Three to five years of related experience in a technical support or field service role.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in electrical measurement and inspection techniques, with a working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Working Environment:

This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel to customer locations across the UK. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
