About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and helpful individual to join our Customer Service Contact Centre as an Apprentice Customer Service Specialist. This is a 15-month programme that will require commitment to both work and the study of a professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers via telephone.
  • Deal with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Update customers on their accounts and complete transactions over the phone.
  • Support customer enquiries through accurate and efficient inputting of information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Grade 4, GCSE C or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of customers.
