Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Check stock availability and communicate with customers regarding product availability
- Liaise with transportation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience with SAP is highly desirable
