Criminal Justice Liaison Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion service as a Band 6 Practitioner. The successful candidate will work within the heart of the criminal justice system, supporting individuals with mental health concerns and unmet social needs.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will undertake holistic assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and liaising with stakeholders to meet unmet needs and reduce the cycle of reoffending. This will involve working with police, courts, and other services to provide support and guidance.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a current professional registration, including Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker. They will also have experience of working in mental health, with a proven ability to work autonomously and make decisions around patient care.
