Criminal Justice Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion Court Practitioner. This exciting opportunity is part of our commitment to improving the lives and wellbeing of individuals within our community.
The successful candidate will work closely with our key stakeholders, including the Police, Probation Service, and Magistrates, to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and formulating risk plans, working autonomously, and making decisions around patient care.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with a mental health background to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Assess and formulate risk plans for individuals with mental health needs
- Work closely with key stakeholders to provide high-quality care and support
- Make decisions around patient care, working autonomously
- Current Professional Registration - including Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or other allied health professional relevant to mental health (degree level)
