About the Role:

Pertemps Network Group is currently supporting a key client in their recruitment for a Group Risk Administrator/Employee Benefits Administrator. This role is working within a collaborative and friendly team where you will be specialising in designing, implementing, and communicating innovative and modern employee benefits packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth administration of both the healthcare and group risk schemes across the team.
  • Provide high-quality administration support to the team, consultants, and Managing Director to expand and retain existing clients and help the company develop new business.
  • Liaise directly with clients and insurers to process rebrokes, renewals, claims underwriting, negotiate preferred terms, and draft recommendation reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1-year previous experience within a group risk role.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Industry exams such as GR1 desirable but not essential.
