Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a talented Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to help drive our digital marketing efforts forward. Reporting into the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the ideation, briefing, build, and optimization of key lifecycle programs, including product launches, engagement communications, and rules-based, automated campaigns.

As a key member of our Digital/Ecommerce Team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice. Your daily tasks might include executing scalable and technically best-in-class email programs, contributing to the email testing framework, and owning regular KPI performance reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing scalable and technically best-in-class email programs
  • Contributing to the email testing framework
  • Owning regular KPI performance reporting
  • Responsible for key campaign and program KPIs like deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and conversion rate
  • Maintaining key stakeholder relationships and suggesting improvements to processes to ensure efficient collaboration across teams
  • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders across key tools like ESPs and Refer and Friend platforms
  • Guiding and mentoring Lifecycle Assistants where appropriate
  • Responsible for ad hoc adjustments to automation campaigns
  • Troubleshooting and resolving ad hoc problems

Requirements:

  • Passionate about lifecycle marketing with a strong understanding of email marketing and hands-on experience with building emails
  • An advocate for the customer with a understanding of customer lifecycle stages and experience in delivering tailored messaging for each stage
  • Collaborative with experience working across creative and wider marketing teams
  • Analytical with experience reporting against KPIs and uncovering actionable insights
  • Organized with experience managing project delivery effectively
  • Creative with a curious and detail-oriented approach
