Lifecycle Campaigns Specialist

Miro is a fast-growing technology company that enables teams to collaborate more effectively. As a Lifecycle Campaigns Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our user communication strategy and driving business growth across the entire user journey.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with multiple functions across the organization to craft and implement programs that result in tangible business outcomes.
We are looking for someone who can research and use data to understand user lifecycle stages and build strong communication strategies to provide a smooth and personalized experience for Miro users.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing team and leave your mark as we scale up. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building new and iterating on existing marketing campaigns, triggered, and transactional emails in partnership with content, design, and product teams.
- Researching, experimenting, validating, and testing hypotheses, running experiments, constantly measuring and reporting campaign performance, rigorously A/B testing, and optimizing our communications and triggers across channels.
- Exploring and deeply understanding our users' experience, lifecycle stages, and segmentation to find growth drivers and deliver customized and personalized experiences to our customers.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or business roles, including 5+ years managing lifecycle and email campaigns on a large scale, preferably for a SaaS B2C2B/B2B company.
- Experience driving revenue and retention through omnichannel lifecycle campaigns, and personalized messaging, both marketing and transactional.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels like email, in-app messaging, and content strategies.
- Experienced with email, CRM, and automation tools. Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CDP is a big plus.
- Strong ability to identify B2B user needs and pain points, ability to combine user feedback, user behavior knowledge, and data insights, and connect them with the product solutions to drive the best business outcomes.
- A customer-centric marketer, with a strong passion for creating impactful, engaging, and high-quality communications and experiences for users.
- Strong business acumen and ability to tie marketing strategies to business outcomes.
