Professional Learning Advisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Professional Learning Advisor to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and training programmes, as well as coordinating our NQSW ASYE Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, delivering high-quality services to children, young people and families. You will have the chance to make a real difference and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver learning and training programmes
- Coordinate NQSW ASYE Programme
- Maintain best practice solutions using in-house and external capabilities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and learners
- Experience of working with diverse groups
- Facilitate training sessions
- Influence and communicate effectively
- Carry out self-directed activity
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.
