Organizational Capability Advisor

Northampton Business Directory is seeking a skilled Organizational Capability Advisor to join our team. This key role will focus on identifying skills gaps and offering guidance and support to develop capabilities.
We require a willing traveler to support multiple sites within the region. Our organization offers a flexible work environment allowing staff to be based in various locations across the midlands and north region.
You'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training course content, materials, and lesson plans. Supporting employees and managers with Career Development Plans and Personal Development Plans is also a key part of this role.
A salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum is available for this exciting opportunity. Ongoing Continuous Professional Development and seeking improvement opportunities for L&D are essential.
As an Organizational Capability Advisor, you'll work closely with HR to review and develop training policies and initiatives to ensure all learning is aligned to company objectives. Developing identified talent to enable succession planning is also a key responsibility.
