About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recreation Assistant to join our team at Active Life. As a Senior Recreation Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the direction of all employees in their various duties.
  • Support with onsite day-to-day bookings and promote hirer opportunities.
  • Plan and set up the day for success, ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for use.
  • Be the qualified First Aider on site (Training provided).
  • Assist with the supervision of activities/ and if qualified provide coaching support.
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate to the role.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong understanding of operational processes within a busy leisure facility.
