Shift Pattern: Every other Saturday 8.00-4.30pm or/and Every other Sunday 8.00-4.30pm

Your Role: As a Senior Recreation Assistant you will be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring they have an outstanding experience from the first interaction.
What You'll Do:
Assume responsibility for the direction of all employees in their various duties. Support with onsite day-to-day bookings and promote hirer opportunities Plan and set up the day for success, ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for use. Be the qualified First Aider on site (Training provided) Assist with the supervision of activities/ and if qualified provide coaching support. Undertake any other duties as appropriate to the role.What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a customer-facing role. Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support customers Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office). Strong understanding of operational processes within a busy leisure facility.Behaviours We Value:
