Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the emotional, educational, and social needs of children.
  • Safeguarding: ensuring adherence to all procedures and meeting health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with external partners to deliver best outcomes for each child.
  • Financial management and resource allocation to ensure high-quality support.

Requirements:

  • No less than 1 year of experience in a Children’s Residential Home setting.
  • Extensive Ofsted experience.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding regulations.
