Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver person-centered support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with clients and their families.
- To organize and facilitate community and social activities, enhancing the engagement and participation of service users.
Requirements:
- A relevant educational qualification; certification in healthcare or social work is advantageous.
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patience skills.
Benefits Package:
- A competitive salary of approximately £28,000-£35,000 per annum.
