Learning Disability Support Worker

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support to pupils aged 5-19 with a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities in the classroom
- Assist with personal care for SEN children with autism
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to promote confidence and independence
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational environment
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teaching Assistant with experience working with young people with ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties
- Proven ability to work effectively with challenging behaviors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What We Offer:**
