We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Support Professional to join our team. As a Learning Disabilities and Autism Support Professional, you will provide expert support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Job Summary:

  • To provide individualized support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities in various community settings.
  • To develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
  • To maintain accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
