Support Staff for Children with Learning Disabilities

We are currently recruiting for a Support Staff for Children with Learning Disabilities to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our education support team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs.
Your main responsibilities will include providing support in the classroom, assisting with personal care and medical needs, and fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with people with disabilities, learning difficulties, and medical / care needs
- Familiarity with personal care, medical support, and physical disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
