Special Education Assistant

Academics is an established and respected education recruiter, and we are currently seeking a Special Education Assistant - Learning Disabilities to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to pupils with a wide range of additional needs and disabilities, including MLD, PMLD, and Autism (ASC).
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized plans to meet the individual needs of each student. Your experience and skills will enable you to provide a supportive and caring environment, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant personnel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, and we offer a competitive salary of £26,500-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes generous rates of pay, a dedicated SEN Consultant, and access to our 'Refer a Friend' scheme.
