Supporting Students with Special Needs

As an Education Assistant - SEN Support, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support, develop IEPs, and implement strategies to promote academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEPs, ensuring students receive tailored support.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting student engagement and understanding.
- Support students in developing self-advocacy skills, promoting independence and confidence.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and their families.
