The Opportunity

Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking a skilled CRM Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimization of our multi-channel CRM marketing communications. As a key member of the Global Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating personalized marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across our Niche portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of CRM & Loyalty, you will own the end-to-end planning of the global CRM communications calendar, leveraging data to inform your strategies. With a strong understanding of email marketing, CRM platforms, and consumer segmentation, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM marketing communications strategies
  • Own the global CRM communications calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Leverage data to create personalized marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consumer engagement and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRM/Email marketing manager role, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail industry
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and other CRM channels
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
