Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance CRM performance, including email marketing and retention strategies, to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Design and maintain automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define audience segmentation and create targeted email communications that resonate with customers.
  • Establish lead scoring processes across all brands and develop procedures for lead handover to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor deliverability scores and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal email delivery and minimize bounce rates.
  • Provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to inform sales and management decisions.
  • Ensure all CRM processes and practices are compliant with internal policies and external regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online CRM marketing with a proven track record of managing retention and CRM programs.
  • Proven experience working in a sales-driven commercial trading environment with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Knowledge of current data protection and privacy legislation, including GDPR and CCPA.
