About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing and CRM Manager who is passionate about driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted email marketing and effective CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets through the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and CRM activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and tactics that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage lead data in our CRM system, and work with the sales team to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns through our CRM system to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Troubleshoot daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a track record of driving business results.
  • Experience in Data Analytics.
  • SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working in the payments or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and email marketing.
