Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing compelling email marketing and web campaigns to drive ticket sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
  • Build and execute outbound email campaigns to nurture leads and drive ticket sales.
  • Manage and build out the database with relevant contacts and audience groups.
  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager to devise and execute multi-touch revenue attribution strategies.
  • Support the development of sophisticated B2B CRM strategies with clear metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and events.
  • Proven success in developing and executing CRM strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, including segmentation, A/B testing, and email personalization.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide strategy and enhance performance.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
  • Ability to align campaigns with marketing objectives and create compelling content.
