Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd. As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing compelling email marketing and web campaigns that drive ticket sales for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Build and execute outbound email campaigns to target specific audiences.
- Design and implement nurture campaigns to build relationships with customers.
- Manage and build out the database with relevant contacts and audience groups.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and events.

- Ability to align campaigns with marketing objectives and create compelling content.
- Strong skills in data analysis to guide strategy and enhance performance.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving trends.
- Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
