Job Overview

At Jamie Miller Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving improvements in CRM performance and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CRM performance and drive improvements.
  • Design and maintain automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define audience segmentation and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Establish lead scoring processes and ensure seamless lead handover across all brands.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability issues to ensure optimal email performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to inform sales and management decisions.
  • Ensure all marketing processes are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online CRM marketing, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of managing retention and CRM programs, with expertise in database management.
  • Experience working in a sales-driven commercial trading environment.
  • Understanding of current data protection and privacy legislation.
