We are looking for a talented Revenue Operations Senior Analyst/Manager to join our team at TransferRoom. As a key member of our RevOps department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion by streamlining sales and customer success processes, enhancing CRM integration, and improving renewal management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and refine sales and customer success processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the enablement team to develop content strategies that support sales and customer success teams.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for sales and customer success teams.
Requirements:
  • HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience with HubSpot, including advanced knowledge of its CRM and reporting features.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
