Our Scaled Sales Associate role focuses on helping customers achieve success in their Atlassian cloud journey. Our primary objective is to showcase how Jira Service Management (JSM) can drive customer success and meet their goals.

Scaled Sales Associates are customer-focused and creative. They must understand the customer's buyer journey and identify ways to optimize the Atlassian Sales Model.

You will report to the Sales Manager of your geo. This is a remote job.

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide exceptional customer engagement across various channels, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  2. Assist customers in building a compelling business case to demonstrate the value and ROI of Atlassian products and services.
  3. Capture customer insights to help optimize product and marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment growing SMB or enterprise accounts.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience managing a high volume of leads and opportunities through different channels.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also enjoy various benefits, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, wellness resources, and more.
