About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and providing education on our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced Branch environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Process a wide range of transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering a personalized service.
  • Play a supporting role in educating customers on our self-service devices and digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Branch team to improve workflows and processes, making banking with HSBC easier for our customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective conversations and strong connections with customers.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries, delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Be resilient in a continuously changing environment.
