Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and empower our community members to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and implement effective programmes and services that meet the needs of our community
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including community groups, partners, and funders
  • Manage and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programmes and services, and make recommendations for improvement
