Key Responsibilities:
- Support and empower our community members to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Develop and implement effective programmes and services that meet the needs of our community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including community groups, partners, and funders
- Manage and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programmes and services, and make recommendations for improvement
