Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Aspect Software as a Channel Sales Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of driving sales through channel partners and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycles, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. They will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, educating and training partners on our SaaS products, and developing joint business plans to drive mutual growth and profitability.

As a Channel Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with our internal teams to provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to be successful. You will also monitor and analyze partner performance, providing guidance on how to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market presence.
  2. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through channel partners by supporting the sales process and providing partners with the resources and tools needed to close deals.
  3. Partner Enablement & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners for sales inquiries, product information, and technical support.
  4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly track and report on the sales pipeline, partner performance, and revenue forecasts.
  5. Marketing & Co-Branding: Work closely with our marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns, promotional materials, and lead generation activities for partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales through channel partners and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify new business opportunities and overcome challenges.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
