Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience from start to finish. This includes conducting referencing checks, issuing contracts, and supporting the development of personalized induction plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Take ownership of our Inspire HRIS system, ensuring all employee records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Play a central role in the rollout of our new performance management system, coordinating performance appraisals and ensuring the platform is effectively integrated into business-as-usual operations.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll modifications, ensuring all relevant employee data is accurately captured.
- Manage and oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring all benefits offerings are current and communicated effectively to employees.
- Support in coordinating employee training and development programmes, ensuring all employees are scheduled in InformedACADEMY for the appropriate training courses.
- Oversee the employee offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for leavers.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of two years recent experience working in a fast-paced HR Team. Ideally, you will be CIPD Associate Level 3 qualified or working towards this accreditation and have the relevant experience to hit the ground running in a growing business.
