Are you a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual looking to kick-start or advance your career in a growing team? We are seeking an HR and Onboarding Administrator to join our growing team to support with onboarding workers across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be supporting a global manufacturing business in the efficient and compliant onboarding of all workers across Europe.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR and Onboarding Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new employees, while supporting our wider HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process, including contract generation
- Owning the entire compliance process ensuring the management of all required checks and documentation is in place for each region
- Timesheet portal administration
- Handling new hire documentation and maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements
- Responding to all inquiries and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, essential for maintaining documentation and data integrity
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- A proactive attitude, capable of using initiative to solve problems and support team needs
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential
