**Position**:
We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team, who has a passion for supporting our people and continuing to develop the experience we offer them as a Great Place to Work Working closely with our HR Manager and People Services Coordinator, you will be excited by the chance to:
- Support and advise colleagues across our business on employee relations matters including supporting their well-being, career development, performance and absence management in line with best practice, our policies and UK employment legislation.
- Contribute to our HR policy development, maintenance of our staff handbook, employment contracts and policies to ensure on-going legal compliance, including confidently providing guidance to colleagues on policy interpretation, ethical standards, and best practice in our workplace.
- Drive forward strategic business improvement initiatives within our People Services function, including introducing new systems and process improvements to support our continued growth, including working with senior colleagues in other areas of our business to align our HR function with our wider growth needs. This will include supporting the rollout of our new employee career development and appraisal system.
- Conduct return to work interviews and where necessary facilitate support to staff such as Wellness Action Plans, Occupational Heath referrals and consideration of adjustment requests, liaising with other HR team members and colleagues in our business as required.
- Oversee our team of mental health first aiders, coordinating their event schedules and conducting regular check-ins.
- Collect and analyse HR related employee data, monitoring trends and reporting on them to keep our senior management team aware of employee matters within our business, and advising on any issues we may need to address.
- Conduct staff feedback surveys, analysing the results and proposing improvements we could make in our offer to staff, including keeping staff appraised of progress on improvements from previous surveys.

**Requirements**:
You will be able to evidence a minimum of three years recent HR Generalist experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment. You will also be CIPD Associate Level 5 qualified (as a minimum) and have the relevant experience to hit the ground running in a growing business.
You will also be:
- Comfortable with a hands-on role, able to work under pressure and to short deadlines with a clear sense of priority within a fast-paced and agile environment.
- A team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships and drive collaboration.
- Well organised, with excellent work planning and time management skills.
- A confident and empathetic communicator.
- Able to balance conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Punctual and reliable, with a meticulous attention to detail.
