Job Title: Accounts and Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Operations Executive to join our team at Norrie Johnston Recruitment - Global Executive Search & Interim Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial management, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
  • Oversee the customer service function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the company's supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, data protection, and employment law.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ERP systems and other software applications.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and process improvement techniques.
  • Ability to travel abroad and work beyond hours when necessary.
