Senior Client Solutions Operations Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Operations Analyst to join our technical servicing team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our client-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple client queries, prioritizing tasks to meet agreed timeframes and ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and ensure compliance.
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll have a strong background in the financial services industry, ideally with experience in pensions and death processing. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
