We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Operations Analyst to join our technical servicing team at Nucleus Financial.

This role is integral to our customer service strategy, requiring a professional with exceptional organizational skills to maintain a healthy balance between delivering on customer needs and expectations, while managing a dynamic and varied workload.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple queries to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
