Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement department standards to ensure excellent guest service
  • Lead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver outstanding service
  • Train and develop team members to meet Resort standards
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar hospitality systems
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
