Greenview Group is seeking a skilled Contract Cost Control Specialist to join our Capital Works Northern Ireland contracts team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in the financial management of our construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple construction projects, including cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting. As a Contract Cost Control Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role involves preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for multiple projects. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs across different sites. Additionally, you will monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within the approved budgets.

You will work closely with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across all sites. Your strong organizational and multitasking skills will enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying or construction management, with experience in estimating and quantity surveying roles within a main contracting organization. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
