Construction Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to play a crucial role in the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing costs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Cost Estimation: Develop detailed quantity requirements and estimate costs for construction projects.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and terms.
- Financial Management: Monitor construction budgets, track expenses, and review project costs as the construction work progresses.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
