Financial and Contractual Specialist

beBee Professionals is looking for a Financial and Contractual Specialist to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, and previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
- Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
