Job Title: M&E Rail Supervisor

John Sisk and Son is seeking an experienced M&E Rail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Reactive Works team, you will be responsible for leading a team of in-house workforce and subcontractors on reactive works projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate trades activities, supervise and manage site subcontractors and works teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend site meetings, maintain and circulate notes and action points.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a construction management environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, organized with good time management and proactive planning.
  • Ability to get the best out of individuals, teams, and trade contractors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all trades required on site and codes of practice.
  • Delivery-focused and driver of performance.
