Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of operatives and subcontractors to deliver reactive works projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Develop and implement effective project plans, including risk assessments, method statements, and quality control procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven track record of at least 5 years in a construction management environment, with a strong background in reactive works and NW&C frameworks.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of operatives and subcontractors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
